Joel Hamme Addresses Home and Community-Based Services Options under Health Reform

On March 22, 2011, Joel Hamme participated in a webinar for the American Health Lawyers Association entitled  “PPACA Opportunities for Aging Services Providers”. The webinar covered Home and Community-Based Services initiatives, particularly under Medicaid, in the health reform legislation as well as issues regarding the CLASS Act.
