Hilton A. Marcus

Hilton A. Marcus is an associate of the firm, focusing on health care law.  Mr. Marcus comes to PPSV from the New York State Commission on Health Care Facilities in the 21st Century.  As a senior policy analyst at the Commission, he participated in review and recommendation with respect to the future viability of every hospital and nursing home in New York State, which was an innovative endeavor in health policy and regulation.

Mr. Marcus is a graduate of Columbia University, The George Washington University Law School, and The Harvard School of Public Health.  He has completed legal and policy internships at CMS (Office of HIPAA Standards), the Department of Labor (Plan Benefits Security Division), and the Partners Health System in Boston.
