The reauthorization of the Higher Education Act came with a long list of new requirements for Postsecondary Institutions, who extend credit to their students. CAPPS has secured one of the top experts in the Country who will conduct a Webinar presentation on the key requirements that any Institution that makes private loans or otherwise extends credit to students must know.  

The presenter, Rob Lavet, a Principal in Powers, Pyles, Sutter and Verville's Litigation and Education Practice Groups,  regularly counsels  Postsecondary Institutions on these matters. He is the former General Counsel for SLM Corporation and has been recognized as one of Washington’s Top Lawyers by the Washington Business Journal.
