Rob Portman and Bobby Silverstein author article on "The ADA Amendments Act of 2008: Practical Implications for Associations Today"

PPSV Principals Rob Portman and Bobby Silverstein recently published an article in Association Law & Policy on the final regulations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Amendments Act of 2008. These regulations went into effect on May 24. Complying with ADA regulations is relevant to associations both in their capacity as employers and as "public accommodations."
