With pharmaceutical pricing issues on the top of the health care agenda in Washington, DC and in the states, Powers Pyles Sutter and Verville (PPSV) has created a glossary of drug pricing and other pharmaceutical terms. PPSV serves as general counsel to Safety Net Hospitals for Pharmaceutical Access, a coalition of over 400 disproportionate share hospitals participating in the Public Health Service 340B drug discount program.
