Education Policy

Our education policy practice is oriented toward helping clients design and implement strategies to attain their educational and business goals within a complex regulatory framework. When regulatory problems arise, we seek practical solutions and the avoidance, where feasible, of protracted proceedings. We emphasize negotiation and informal consultation as an initial approach to problem solving.  Our education policy team consists of attorneys and government affairs professionals with decades of experience in post secondary education, on the Hill and in federal agencies.
